I have a 1984 SN2001 and I was wondering what would be a good height for a tower (from the floor of the boat) Please help

I don't have a real answer for you, but keep in mind a couple of things. Plan ahead - make it high enough for a bimini (one that can mount to the tower is nice). Also see if you can fit tower speakers and a bimini. I got lucky. I didn't think about it. The only problem I have is my tower is 1 inch too short to fit my bimini under it during storage (my bimini doesn't mount to the tower). So when I put the bimini on, I have to open it and slide it under the tower/speakers. Takes two people to put it up. Also, my tower is 1 inch too high to fit in any normal car wash stall. Had to buy a pressure washer to fix that. Here is a pic for reference...

56" from mounting feet vertically to top bar is standard.

Ken Land
Bullet Lines / Krypt Towers
www.bulletlines.com
