1998 Sea Ray 185 Bowrider needs tower.

Has anyone found a tower that fits this boat? I found a monster tower, but am looking for other options...Suggestions please!

you cant go wrong with monster tower...great customer service and a warranty for 5 years...we have had ours for going on 7 years and no issues.

I have a 2005 Sea Ray 220 select. I have a Lightning Tower on ours and love it.

I put an Aerial Airborne tower on my boat this winter that I bought new off of ebay for $640 shipped and I'm pretty happy with it so far. I've been out about 6 or 7 times now and it's doing well. I think it was a very good deal and I would recomend it.

I had a 1996 Sea Ray 185 with a Monster Tower I installed myself. There is a pic of it in the 'What boat do you use" thread. (1st or 2nd page) if you want to take a look. Never had any issues with it!

Newbie Question

Without the tower where were you connecting the rope? My father-in-law bought a harness that connects to the lift hooks on the back of the boat...way down low...and i cant get up on my board. thanks

I have a rope hook between my swim platform and the back cushion. When I'm behind the boat the hook is probably only 2-3 ft off of the water level. When I'm jumping it seems to pull me back down to the water instead of letting me fly. And mike I use to have one of those hooks when i use to ride behind my bass boat before i bought my Sea Ray and that keeps the rope even lower to the water.
