I have been wakeboarding for about 2 weeks on an obrien rail and am having trouble getting air. It has a continuous rocker and ive heard that 3 stage rockers are better for getting good pop off the wake. Is it the design of the board that is keeping me from getting air or do i just need more practice? <BR>

You just need more practice. Getting a lot of air is all about technique - look at the posts below and you'll find a ton of good advice and links to article talking about how to edge properly and load the line (progressive edge), which is the key to getting good pop. <BR>
