Anybody have Longboard Suggestions

My son just bought a nice skateboard and this has peaked my interest about a longboard. A friend and I were talking about them too. It would seem like they would really help with wakesurfing. Anybody have one or have some recommendations? Or am I going to end up with something to sweep around?

I use my longboard to walk (get pulled) by my dog, probably 4 times a week at least, very fun and great for practicing switch riding. I have a larger Landyachtz, I think its a pinner.

it's such a sweet feeling carving down a nice gentle hill

I have a Gravity, and now a Land Yachts. Depends on what you want to do, just cruising go with a board like Land Yachts. Best bet is go into the shop your son get's his stuff at, and get a board from there, they'll take care of you. If he doesn't have a go to shop, get one

Other option I'd go with is the Gravity Concave Carve. More like a skateboard, still cruises, but gives better/different control and can do some tricks

Thanks for the input guys. My son bought his board from CCS online. I checked out the Landyachtz site. Sweet! Since I'm older and just want something different to do for exercise, I'll be cruising.
