I ride in pool 18 - between locks 17 and 18. We put in at Oquawka, IL. Have been boating on the mississippi for quite some time, and its usually pretty easy to find good water away from the channel. Let me know if you boat in/around the same spot.

I ride at Sardis lake in MS and the Tin Tom in Ms between Pickwick Lake and Bay Springs Lake and also at Greers Ferry Lake in AR. Most offen Sardis.
