I wanted to take a moment to thank Joe Umali for the countless hours of logging and editing. Part 1 came out great! Can you guys believe it? An Umali/Hahn production.... Who would have thunk it!

Good video and music. 2 thumbs up.

You know what the hardest part of making this video was for me? Listening to Joe complain about not having the right music.

ttrigo 08-05-2005 4:11 PM

my guess is, that it is harder to edit video with punk music?? I could be wrong though. how about some of the following:
Strung Out, Bad Religion (older stuff), Bouncing Souls, maybe something like Rise Against, or heck, go back to the mid nineties for some Pennywise. their older stuff was great. just some ideas for you.
keep up the good work guys!

deepstructure 08-05-2005 7:09 PM

ya - editing to punk is difficult because there isn't much dynamic to work with.

excellent vid as always joe.

and as for music, beck (new album guero is great!), ozomatli, supreme beings of leisure, nina gordon, afro celts, cardigans, michelle n'degeochello, animal logic, fluke, groove armada and the baldwin bros all have good flava.

(Message edited by deepstructure on August 05, 2005)

Thanks for the input guys.

Great video Joe.

Two things:

Ricky just redefined flawless.

Dallas' roll to blind was not only progressive but it looked good too!
