It looks like they have it tucked under the seat, but not removed. I have never delt with one of these in person so maybe we can get a second opinion here.

i don't think removable. they're pictured not filled or one side vs the other. but i think its all one piece.

I could always cut them off. I wouldnt be able to use the seat but that would be fin I guess.

Not removable just separate compartments.
