hey quick question for everyone, first off demoing these boards is not an option, alright so im ordering a 06 3ds soon and i need to know if i should get a 139 or 143, right now im 6'1' and weigh 150 so which board size should i get?
139
I agree...the 139 will be a great fit for you. You might think about getting some smaller fins and possibly replacing the "stock" a-wings with some p-wings. The board is really tight with the 1.1 a-wings that come with it. I think it is a great all around board and you'll be very happy with it.

thanks for the opinions so far but i forgot to mention that im only thirteen and still growing so should it still be 139
I would not go to the 143 unless you think you will be packing on another 50-60 pounds in the next year or so. If you end up being 250, then yeah, get the 143...but if you use that argument you should be buying everything too big for yourself.

No reason to buy over your size when chances are you'll want another board in a couple of years anyway.

139... but order an 07.. unless the shop has one in stock you probably won't get an 06
Go for the 139! I weigh 176 and is riding the 139 and love it
The weight range for the two sizes is:
139 - 155 and up
143 - 165 and up
alright hanks guys, also for whoeevr said ge an 07 there basiccly the same thing and im getting 06 for a dropped price
I know they're the same... no more 06's left in the factory though...
they are still n stock on certain websites though
very true
I am also 6'1" and about 160lbs and I ride the 139. Get that. Like everybody already said, just thought I'd add my input.

BTW: The 07 is basically the same, but it doesn't say Chad Sharpe Pro Model.

Wow I sound like a smart ass. sorry.
139 but when you do get it get a tape measure and measure it.... i think you'll be suprised how long it really is.....
Use a string to measure it along the bottom of the board. you have to contour the shape of the board to get a proper length, take into account the rocker of the board. tip to tail with a tape measure in a straight line will never be accurate.
Brad, how big do you think it is, Alex just got his 07 in a 35 and is thinking about getting a 39 also, he's about 155 lbs. Good to talk to you today, see you at O'town in March......
