does anyone have this board? i've been thinking about buying one, but would like to hear some opinions before i ante up. i've only ridden hyperlite (02 byerly & 03 belmont), and wonder how it compares. thanks!!

The Balance is a sick board i would DEFINETLY recammend it, has an awesome feel and great construction

i rod mine for the first time today. i have ridden one before so i knew what i wasa getting into. i like the oar. i ride it with no center fin to produce a looser feel. the oard has predicatable pop but it isnt the most explosive ive ever ridden. i only paid 150 for my board so i thought it was a good deal. i own a shapiro lx core board which is alot lighter than the balsa so i think what ill end up doing is buying the obrien demented when it becomes available b/c i want a little more pop. the balance is a nice board though

ya tha Balance is a totally rad board i would definetly recamend it, it feels way nice with no middle fins <BR>

well.....i broke down &amp; bought it. the guys at american boat center here in knoxville hooked me up with a good deal. now i just cant wait till it warms up!!! it sure is pretty sitting in the garage with the boat!!haha!
