My kicker 6by9s are new by loudliquid and sometimes, well about 5 times they have they pop really loud like a firecracker, then a big puff of smoke comes out like someone is inside smoking a cig and exhaled then................ <BR> <BR> <BR>The damn speakers sound perfect still. What the hell is smoking and popping and why do they still sound perfect? What the hell is going on lol.

Does this happen when your playng the 1812 overture? JK <BR>Something aint right.

Ron, mine did the exact same thing. I saw paper confetti flying out of mine too. Call LoudLiquid, they replaced mine no questions asked. <BR>More then likely the cap blew.
