learned a toeside front front roll last summer and was looking to try a little variation on the trick, started trying front to blinds and got rather close to landing them with a good handle pass but I had trouble spoting the landing when I came down and ended up landing to far forward and would skid out most of the time or landing completely blind and catching back edge then getting tossed around pretty good, any thoughts

This is called a tootsie roll & if you wanna ride it out you are going to have to pass the handle early off the wake.
