Windshield cleaning secrets?
 

Halos of lime deposits splotch mine after a few hours of boating. How fast and how bad this happens depends on how much the wind blows the spray around.

What’s anybody else doing to keep a clear windshield.

Lima-away to get it off- Then glass polish and RainX.

+1 for the rainx after you get it clean.

wax it......

Wipe with White spirit on a cloth then use any household window cleaner followed by rain-x.

I use meguiars cleaner wax on mine. Works awesome!

Stoners Invisible Glass works like a champ, and +2 on the RainX

Soap + Bikini top?

50/50 vinegar & water, and newspaper.

^^^ beat me to it with the newspaper. Newspaper is one of the best things to use for cleaning glass streak free. Just watch some local papers don't use the same ink as major named ones.

I use babes on my windshield and it works great...give it a shot
