It's been more than a year in waiting. <BR> <BR>Kindness pays off and I finally got my board<IMG SRC="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/clipart/happy.gif" ALT=":-)" BORDER=0> <BR> <BR>For those of you that don't know, I answered a classified ad on this site. To make a long story short, I paid the guy and I didn't get my board. <BR> <BR>He would periodically contact me from time to time with promises of sending my board. I would always reply with the belief that he would. I have to admit, my first instinct to every e-mail from this dude was to rip into him, but I never did. Instead I continued my stoke for the sport and made sure he knew it. I'm totally convinced that if I hadn't I would not be writing this today. <BR> <BR>Anyway, most people thought I was crazy for thinking that he would come through. I knew the dude would some day come to his senses and do what's right.<IMG SRC="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/clipart/happy.gif" ALT=":-)" BORDER=0> <BR> <BR> <BR> <BR>

Well I bet Kevin is stoked to finally have his own board! Congrats, nice to know that the guy finally did the right thing.

Nice Paula glad to hear that you got the board. Does that mean that you will be taking your own boat out now that Kevin has his own board , or does that just mean Mother and Son quality mooching time.

Paula i had the same problem with a set of belmont bindings with someone quite a few states away from me, well some friendly WW folks who found out about this and knew him went to him and confronted him and hooked me up, probably 6 months or so later but like you i finally had my stuff
