18.4" Laptop bags
 

Anybody know where to get a high quality bag that will fit an 18" laptop? I don't want one of the garbage Toshiba bags in black vinyl. It has to be a little classy ....wish I woulda went with the 17", this thing is too damn big for a "laptop." Too late now though.

Is your screen really 18.4"?? Mine is 17" but the dimmensions of the laptop are about 18.5". I went to Office Max or Depot and picked up a "Targus" laptop bag. Check wally's too.

I hear ya on it being a beast! Im packing this one around too and from Alaska and Utah every two weeks! It weighs a ton! Seriously considering one of them $300-400 Acers for my travels.

My Targus Bag has been pretty good so far for the last year and a half. Ive got alot of walking/carring in the airports with it and its still holding up really good. I think yours would fit in the one like mine.

Yeah, the screen is 18.4" diagonally. The entire thing is like 18" across. I did see the Targus bags--they just didn't strike me as aesthetically appealing. Kinda boring looking. This thing LIVES with me, it never leaves my side. For that reason alone, I'm pretty picky about my briefcase. I may be S.O.L. in this case though...I'm not finding any nice leather ones.

Thanks for your help though! May have to cave in and hit up Wal-Mart for the Targus.
