Act of Valor
 

Went and saw Act of Valor last night. What and awesome movie. Its not going to win the Oscar for best Actor but talk about a great movie. It was refreshing to see an action movie that didnt drop the F-bomb ever 10 seconds as well. I highly recommend it.

Good read about the making of the movie, turns out most/a large amount of the footage came from actual Navy Seals training, took 6 years to compile.

I read the book - that trailer looks as good or better than the book. I will have to check it out this weekend
