I need to pick up a set of risers and bunks before spring for my old steel Shorestation lift. Does anyone know where I could find something like that without going to the dealer and paying full tilt? I checked E Bay and a google search didn't net me much. Here is a couple pics of the best. Any thoughts on where I might find this or where I could start looking? It's an old, heavy, steel, cheap lift. I'd rather not go to my local dealer and pay the premium for brand new bunks/risers. Thoughts?

You can fab your own bunks with treated wood and bunk carpet or a heavy duty indoor outdoor carpet. 2x6s vertically mounted seem pretty popular but lots of options. You will need to get some bunk hardware to attach to your risers. You can find the hardware and risers from trailer supply companies or if you weld or know a welder, risers can also be be built to be welded on or U-bolted.

yikes. I got no problem doing bunks but I'm not sure I want my expensive rig on DIY' risers..

Appreciate the thought - not a route I'd want to take with the risers at least.
