Just wanted to get your thoughts on this board. Is it fast? Landings soft. Im riding the 08 Ronix Mana right now and its a little slow for my riding style. <BR> <BR>Thanks <BR>Britt

the 09 watson isnt very fast. one of my favorite boards though, supper poppy, never taken it into the flats, so idk about soft landings, but just W2W there is no problem with landings. its way to locked in with the center fin, if you pull it out, that board is supper fun though

Just got mine and absolutely love it. David pretty much summed it up. Not too fast but super poppy. I mistakenly took it in to the flats this weekend and it was about average on the softness of the landing. Also second riding it finless.

I have an 09 Watson ltd. I love the board I just hate the grind base.It's really slippery on the water probably bEcause the fins are smaller and it's really clunky

The watson will definitely be a little bit faster. I don't know if it is just my riding style, but I found the landings very comparable to the 08 Lyman. Its an amazing all around board. You can't go wrong with it. Ride it finless for sure.

Sweet. Well I got the 09 Watson 142 and the watson fly bindings. Cant wait to try this new set up out. I got a smoking deal on this combo.
