I emailed Slingshot with a simple question at <a href="mailto:info@slingshot.com">info@slingshot.co m</a>. I got that email address from their website. When I emailed them, it automatically "opened up a case" for me...? Something doesnt seem right, since i dont have a case, i just had a product question! ha! Is there another email that i can write to, or is this the way they do things? <BR> thanks in advance guys!

OR try asking all of us. you might get an answer you need!

My previous employer had a similar case system. It is a system generated email system that is created so a customer service rep can track your email and make sure that someone gets it. I assume it is a similar system. Give it a few days.

Slingshot customer service is by far the best, give them time and they will take care of you.
