What do you think? Just debuted in Geneva....this caught my eye.

The Aventador will come with a new 6.5-liter V12 engine with an AWD layout that produces 700 HP 8,250 rpm and 509 lb-ft at 5,500 rpm. It is the first all-new Lamborghini developed engine since the Countach. This engine will be able to get from 0-60 mph in just 2.9 seconds while blasting off a top speed of 217 mph. With a total weight of 1,575 kilograms (3,472 lb) it will deliver a power to weight ratio of 2.25 Kg/hp.

Cool but looks to much like the Revention.

Performance stats are unbelievable.

I wonder if G's buddy is going to get one of these as well. Didn't he get the first Revention shipped to the US or some crazy crap like that.

Can't wait for the guys at TopGear (British Version) to give this a go. They always tell it how it is!

Just read the mag about the prototype car testing. 3 of them, all of which around 200mph the 'camo' tape flew off the car. Crappy wiper blades all ripped to 12 0'clock position, and the front end started to shimmy. Most of the testing was to tweak the suspension so the shimmy should be gone. Yes looks just like the revention.

I'd rather have the Audi sourced engine over a 'all-new only Lamo' engine. Kinda like the only reason I would get a Lotus Exige was because it had a toyota engine in it.

That thing is sweet!

Brett if that was the Reventon that was posted on here, being de-crated, then yes, that was #1 of the 20 they built.
