I am gonig to go to texas ski ranch soon and I was just wondering what ya'll think I should do. I have never been there before. Right now I am thinking I am just going to the cable. I would like to get some lessons though if it would really be worth the money, Because right now I am begginer/imtermediate. How can I get the most bang for my buck. Should I bring my own board. I dont know if i should even try hitting sliders or jumps yet. And also How much should I expect to pay for a day there.

just riding is like 8 bucks if I remember correctly from last year. and you need a helmet, which you can rent. If you have your own gear its really cheap to ride there. getting lessons, i don't know much about. have fun

http://www.texasskiranch.com

If you ride goofy (right foot forward) learning will probably be alot easier for you and as long as you have wakeboarded before you should be okay. I personally would not spend money on a lesson because the guys running the cable will help you out and give you pointers

Also i would take your board because you dont want to spend $20 for a decent one and if you have a lifejacket that will save you $5. For two hours it costs $21 i believe and $5 for a helmet if you dont have one.
