Haven't bought a wake or snow DVD in years...yet just ordered Defy and Art of Flight...both looked too sick to pass up.

When does this thing release???

Got mine ordered too. I definitely will be watching my mailbox now. I got to ride with Danny Harf during a Ronix demo in July. I asked him when it was going to be released and he did not have a date at that time. Said that it was going tp be in the fall.

i mean, they announced the movie like years ago, but this trailer is just proof they're doing it right and its going to be epic, i can wait as long as they need for it to be the best wake movie ever =) im trying to count the rotations danny harf is doing into the pool gap, at least a 7, is it a 9?? he spins so fast!

I got to sit in on one of nights they were filming the kicker into the pool at Radar. Probably one of the coolest things I have ever seen. I was so close to the pool I was getting splashed when they landed in the pool. Just wait till you guys see the whole section. Insane.

The thing I don't understand about this video is that they say they have been filming for two years but almost the entire trailer is of guys on 2012 equipment. This video will be sick but that just seemed weird to me.

will there be an itunes release?

I talked to Danny Harf at a demo in July about the movie. He said that they still had some stuff to shoot in August and then they were headed into editing. My guess is that the trailer is from the August shoot. No real knowledge, just speculation on my part.

any update on the release date of DEFY yet?

Sometime this month

You watch the trailer that is only 3:42 seconds long and can't believe that there is going to be probably 40-60+ more minutes of that!! Something gives me a feeling that there are a few Trick of the Year WINNING moves in it that they are FINALLY saving for the movie instead of letting the best tricks of the video out instead of just having them for next year. The indy temper tantrum in the middle of the video I think would have taken the win if they released the whole clip. The only other temper tantrum I can remember seeing was Parks in a video when he was still riding for LF. Anyone remember the name of the video?
