Rope Suggestions

I have just been using a regular wakeboard rope, not a non stretch rope.

Now that I am getting better I want to get a non stretch rope because I've heard they're so much nicer. Is there a certain brand I should be looking at or avoid? I would also like it to be coated so it won't tangle.

Let me know

Thanks

No rope will never tangle... I personally like the accurate jacket series. Noncoated. Has lasted me 11 years

HOLY CRAP THAT IS A DEAL. Just bought one myself

I have 2 Helium coated lines. Lasted me at least 4 seasons but the coating is finally starting to get some Knicks cause the rope to get hung up from time to time. Most lines will not tangle. It's all in how you pull them in. Coil them don't wrap them around your arm or the handle.

Does your rope have a neopreme core? Trying to figure out what kind of weave it is...

Accurate a line with chamois handle. About $130 but a damn good rope. Absolutely no stretch

FYI, any spectra/dyneema is 100% no stretch. Save your money and buy that Gator line. Looks like a great weave at a great price. I personally do not like coated lines. The coating will degrade and become brittle with exposure to sun/uv rays, and once it cracks, it hurts your hands/body to slide around.

Personally, my accurate jacket series, best line on the market ever IMO. Bought one from Grizzly sports in 2002, no frays. Shrink wrap tore in one spot because my buddy was a moron and couldn't properly loop the rope on the tower. Best line hands down.
