Randy, if anything west coasters wouldn't rock bordies over the wetsuit with all of the surfers out there. It seems that it is becoming the in thing to just rock the wetsuit. Personally I think it looks funny when you are wearing a life jacket on top. In that case I say wear boardies to match the layers. If you aren't wearing a life jacket I say just wear the wetsuit (I'm not trying to start an argument here). There is probably as much neoprene in a full wetsuit than their is a comp vest anyhow.
