I am getting ready to machine my manifold. It will be 3" square tubing. I will have 3 1000gph pumps for filling, one per bag, and one 2000gph pump to drain all bags. I will be having a scoop type intake for water supply. My question is, if having a scoop provides forward pressure while driving, can the pump/manifold be mounted on the floor behind the back seat? Or does it have to be below the water line? <BR> <BR>Doug G
