Does the remote control have to be installed for these to power up and where does the lead that's between the power and ground connector to? Is that also a ground? Second when bridging a Titan TXi 6406 to 2 channel at 4 ohms, does anyone know how to wire the speaker wires into the amp? Thanks

Control does not need to be used.

Center wire is the turn on, hook it to the deck's amp trigger wire or power antenna wire.

The bridging wiring is usually the two outside wires on the speaker block but it should be screened on the amp or in the manual.

Thanks Mikeski. What gauge would you recommend for the center wire? Also last question. Should the speaker wires be bridged between the outside blocks of 1 and 2 & 3 and 4 or 1 and 3 & 2 and 4?

The center wire is just a relay trigger, 22ga or bigger is fine.
