So I picked up a set of Answers tonight (coming from 06 Zeus') and actually had a tough time with them. Looking for some suggestions. When I tightened them up where I liked them, they made my calfs cramp and my toes go numb, but they still weren't tight through the middle of my foot like I like. When I losened them up a little, they were great, but felt like they were going to fall off.

The set ender was a huge tantrum which drove my toe into the end of the binding, always a good time.

Anyway, does anyone have any tips or thoughts about how to make these a little more comfy, or should I switch them out for something different?

i tried pretty much most of the 08 binders on this year from HL, LF, gator, Slingshot, gator, cwb, ronix etc. and love my zeus's. Answers just didnt fit my foot right but the zeus's were money.

Also try the ronix boots those are money and the slingshot boots are rediculous probably my favorite but i dont have hook ups with them or else id be riding those.

Darin, do you have a narrow foot? Having ridden mine since December, I will say they've only gotten more comfortable. If you bought em and rode them straight out of the box, that might explain some of the problems. Get them in a hot bath and work em in good, that will eliminate the cramped calfs and numb toes, mine did that too. The Answers support is largely in the forefoot, the upper laces hold you in and give control but allow lateral movement, tight at the top of the ankle is not how they hold you in. Having ridden the 06 Zeus I will say your Answers will not be that stiif, try the new Zeus.
