Wakeboard for son

Hey guys. Pretty new to wakeboarding but making my way. My son is starting to get up on a board but I think he needs something better. Its just something I found on craigslist for $30 bucks (122cm Hydroslide from basspro). Im just worried hes going to slip out.

He is 12, 100 pounds.

Im riding a 142 liquid force with bindings that do fit him. The 142 is probably way to big though I am thinking.

If I have to buy him somthing, I was looking at this.

Definitely need a board to fit him. My son has a liquid force board his size and started riding late last year, next weekend will be his 1st tournament.. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...6d836b53c1.jpg

You can get a 134 liquid force trip with index bindings for $250 on evo.com. Trips are great beginner to intermediate boards and the 134 can be ridden up to 170, so should last a few year.

Just wanted to add that the above deal is on a 2016 package so it a pretty big discount from retail prices, better board and binding than the CWB you posted.

Appreciate the input guys. I think I am going to get him the 134 liquid force as it does seem like the best deal.

Yea here in Central New York there is like no one that wakeboards behind a boat. Makes it really tough, but we do have alot of fun.
