Anyone have any suggestions on how to start learning these? Just to make sure I have it right that is a normal 360 but you throw the handle and regrab if I understand correctly.

i cant do one but i would think u would really want to pulll the handle hard before u let go of it so it stays in the same place were u can reagrab it

They aren't that hard. I use to do them alot. I haven't done them in a couple of years. The hardest part is just letting go of the handle kind of lightly so it stays in the same spot so you can grab it on your way around.
