change the oil and trans/outdrive fluid, give it a tune-up when the manufacturer recommends (plugs, rotor, cap)

ok i'm curious, why's it in bad condition, no time to use it or did you buy it that way?

engine isn't running like it should and the MC dealer isn't doing what they should be so I'm trying not to use them as much as possible....the engine has had some problems lately, empeller, overheating, short in the electric and they keep telling me to bring it back next week and then its last minute before they fix it and they don't fix it all the way so I want to see if there is anything i can do to prevent things from happening andjust keeping the boat in good condition
