Let's rewind a few years back. Denny's Restraunt was in a law suit that accused Denny's of racial profileing. The server's were picking and chosing who they wanted to pay up front for their meal. Servers were getting stiffed for the bill. It was the SERVERS not the restraunt that picked who they wanted to pay up front. They accused Dennys of letting white groups of kids sit down and eat with out paying up front. I see both side's of the argument. I also say if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck.

I would hate to be a server at a restraunt in a aera like this working for tips is bad enough but to then to have to deal with people that acted like that would take the cake.
