Yes. Quite a few running surface changes. They also reduced the ballast yet got a better wave because of the hull changes.

That bow seems to be running pretty high and the person surfing looks to be about 4'-11". I'd love to see some video of it from different angles. It's got my attention though.

In the Tige vid, I think what you are seeing are some shots of Josh Kerr and his daughter. Since picking up Kerr as a rider they have used his family in several promos. I think they are trying to include families in their marketing vs just a bunch of bros. and hot bikini women. That was at least my take on it.

You would think a side edge like that would not carve to well and not be as fast cause of the shape at middle of board. I have not seen anything quite like that either, be interesting to hear how it performs. Cool shape, but is it functional and what are the strengths to it

The new 2018 23wb is awesome. I have only had mine out once to break in and we surfed and wakeboarded once, It is epic. I picked mine up at the factory and went out for a maiden voyage with Mike B. I did the 575 motor. He wanted to make sure everything was perfect before I took it home. MB did a one off color for me. My gatorstep is also one off. It is due next week. Then I will post when done.

Question for you...what material is that next to then engine in the side compartments, carpet?

Pretty sure that picture was taken before the build was complete, as the compartment dividers aren't in place and the ballast valve is exposed.

Soulsurfer is correct. There is HDPE dividers on both side of the engine.

I am not a surfer, but can tell you that my 2018 23' wake is massive. With everything full it is almost too big, which I know is impossible, but it is true. The wake is very firm and large - much like a quarter pipe.
