are hyperlite and jobe sister companies? was going to buy some byerly bindings, but the rep suggested i get the jobe lymans. said the only difference was aesthetics and that the two companies were sistered. is that accurate?

i've only seen the lymans and they do look kinda like byerlys with an option 2 strap on them. Although i dont recall them having the claw system on them. Also, the byerlys usually have more forward lean and some stiffer matterials here and there - I havent ridden this years byerlys so i'm not 100% about that, but all the ones before have been like that. And check out the footbeds to make sure the lymans are as cushy
