well, I'm about to trade the Xti in for a new VLX <BR> <BR>what are yalls opinions on the Hammerhead <BR>.....or is the Monsoon 340 enough with a good ---other than stock---prop

I have a 05 VLX with the boat loaded up with people and little bit of wait it is underpowered with the stock prop. That is the only thing I would change on a new boat besides the tower. I am told that a new prop will make it better but you can never have to much power.

The hammerhead 383ci with 400hp is awesome!

the 380 is badass.....in the response you can hear the cam at idle.

If not just get the Acme 1235 and you'll be fine.
