Tantrum Plague HELP
I guess I don't know what the trick I do is technically called, but I'm trying to do tantrums. Everytime I throw them, when I'm coming back down, my legs are stretched off axis away from me, and i have to pull my body under me and end up landing very back foot heavy. I've broken my back ankle once, and sprained it a few times because of this trick now, and I just want to get it right. My friend who I ride with says my start off the wake is all wrong. He describes it as a "heel front to tantrum" looking invert. Anyone else ever had this problem before? help please

A video would be very helpful. What do you mean when you say your legs are stretched off axis away from you?

next time i go out ill video tape it, but my legs are out behind like im coming down from a raley

That could mean that you're throwing it out the back too much, like when you square off, instead of looking up, you're looking backwards and up, causing you're body to drift behind you.at the top of the wake, try squaring off and pushing your chest straight up, to take the trick tall and wake to wake

i do the same thing. its as mentioned, your looking over your right shoulder when you trip the tantrum, and your body goes where you look so it throws you almost straight out kinda causing a off axis 360/tantrum deal.

i finally got a video of it, and it clearly shows my board behind my body at the halfway point, rather than go over over my head, although I feel like im looking straight backwards, idk, but my ankle is hating me and this trick, thanks for any help http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dBvG4p-QwiI

You need to let off your cut and let the wake trip you.
