Not mine, just a CL find...

Jmorlan 04-22-2015 11:17 PM

I have an 05 I'd be willing to sell. Full wetsounds, new moto metal wheels on the trailer, 42" led bar on the tower, the list goes on. I'd have to check exact hours, but it's around 250 ish. Only thing it does not have is the adjustable trim tab and my swim platform is teak

I really wish I would have bought one of these in '09 when you could get a brand new loaded '08 for under $35k.

scwellman 04-24-2015 2:00 PM

John F- I'm pretty sure you could not get a "loaded" 2008/09 V215 for $35K in 09. Maybe $45-55K for a "loaded" one. You may have been able to score a leftover base model without cruise, billet, etc for closer to $35-40K.

shawnmdarnell 04-24-2015 3:27 PM

I got my loaded 08 in 09 for 39K. I thought then, when will we ever get to get a V-drive in the 30's ever again. Haha

Actually you could. There were a bunch of loaded, still-in-the-plastic dealer repos that were bought and sold by another dealer in the LA area for low to mid 30k's. I think they all ended up being about $10k below cost. There was at least one "bare bones" v215 that was advertised for $26k. There were a couple V210s that were advertised for under 25. I can't imagine we'll ever see a deal like that again.

That one in IE is sold. Description is updated to say so. Good looking boat (not a big fan of the tower).

So Bret,
How's that search coming?

Bret 04-28-2015 4:41 PM

I think we are going to buy the one in Bend.

ralph 04-28-2015 7:25 PM

Great looking boat

BaadLS1 04-28-2015 9:07 PM

That boat looks just like Danny's. Sharp looking boat and the Exile system included tackles a winter project before the summer even begins!

doubleup16 04-29-2015 10:20 PM

Nice! Let us know when you do. Good luck.

Bret 04-29-2015 10:31 PM

We are going to buy the one in Bend and we are going to go and get it friday so i'll post pictures of it on here on Sunday.

rallyart 05-01-2015 8:09 PM

Congratulations on the new boat Bret. You now own the best handling rear engine boat you can get. It has a wonderful hull and does every wake job quite well.
