what happened to the taperflex brand

I do not know I have been keeping an eye out for one for a while. My older cousin had a G200 Taperflex in the late seventies and it was state of the art. Big 4in. orange velcro boot wraps. deep concavement and so heavy it would sink if it got away from you. that might be why they are not around.

my father in law has 2 slalom skis(taperflex) 1 of them is the g200 i believe like a 1974 or 5 model(he is still riding) and a red white and blue 1972 or 3 model in mint condition. also a pair of red white and blue trick skis(mint condition) yes that G200 is heavy I believe it was a tournament model.Hes finally getting a new ski after 30 some years.(HO Monza).... I thought maybe someone bought them out.
