i have a 1994 nautique correct craft, something is not working correctly with the starter. i replaced all the fuses, and i kepp getting voltage intermittently through the wiring! is this a problem with starter relay? ignition relay? the boat won't start. thanx!

tried bypassing the solenoid? just connect the two points with a piece of wire.

"i kepp getting voltage intermittently through the wiring!' <BR> <BR>What does that mean? Often the relay on the back of the block fails. They are a special marine solenoid though. Most auto parts stores carry or can get them. <BR> <BR>You need to test the voltages at the relay and at the starter directly.
