dude...funny stuff....needs more rake angle in the forks, apehangers, and forward controls (pegs).. maybe have the rear tire mounted just above the swallow tail &amp; the water going past the tire will spin it and toss a little mist in the air...like it's actually running....

Yeah, hang the tire in the water so it spins. Then put some plastic cards or something in the spokes so it makes noise. For extra credit, you could put some little scoops or something so you get water shooting out of the exhaust pipes.
