I currently have Nero but I think the DVD menus it creates are cheesy. Looking to step up to Adobe Encore. Anyone have any experience with it? Or maybe another recommendation?

adobe encore is awesome. I've tried them all, except mac programs. Encore somewhat user friendly, i made a menu and had basically no knowledge prior to it. easy drag and drop theme styles. I highly recommend it.

i haven't been able to try out encore 2.0 yet, looks promising

I heard good things about Studio pro but I'm PC based. I got Encore and as soon as I loaded it I thought the same thing when I tried Premiere. "How the heck do you use this thing." Then I started playing with it and after a couple of hours I made a DVD. Awesome software and now that I know how to do it I imagine my next DVD should just take a few minutes. Steep learning curve.

My question is how do you change the "highlighting" for the menu buttons? All I could figure out was this lame looking rectangle button but I would like the whole word to be highlighted when the user selects it.
