Ive been wakeboarding for a while and i dont really know what speed to wakeboard at. Any suggestions?

P.S
Dont tell to go at what ever feels more comfortable.

Well that's the right answer. I board at 22.5 but I pull beginners anywhere from 17 to 21 depending on their age and weight. Kids and girls I tend to pull much slower than bigger guys. It also depends on your boat and what speed makes the best wake.

Bill's right.....remember that not all speedos are created equally either. My boat may say 23 when it's really 22.5. I don't GPS it on a regular basis. It's all about wake shape and comfort.

P.S.
I ride at 22-23....for what that's worth.

One third of spedometers are not exactly right. And when im wakeboarding its not like im looking into the boat at the meter to see how fast im going. I would go with a speed where the wake is at a nice launch but you still have a good speed to pull ouside and back in fast. Youll know ur going to slow if when ur pulling into the wake you loose speed.
