So, I am looking for a CGA life vest. I tried the liquid force hinge and it is really bulky. I know the best way to go for a more fitted vest is NCGA, but I take too many face plants to not have a CGA right now. Does anyone have a vest they recommend? I thought about the Oneil reactor, siren or flare. Has anyone tried any of those? Thanks in advance.

(Message edited by wakechic82 on March 30, 2008)

I just bought the Jet Pilot Luxe vest and it is so comfortable...it is more comfortable than the NCGA Luxe. I also have the Hyperlite Profile Neo vest and it is good too but not as comfy as the Luxe!!

(Message edited by rnopr8 on March 30, 2008)

I have an Oneil vest thats been beatin and battered for 10 years and still works, fits, and feels great. I tryed others, Jet Pilot, Liquid Force, but nothing compares.

I say get an Oneill as well, their quality is great, they last a loooooooooong time and you really cant beat how comfortable they are. I have the Vapor right now and even though it is NCGA, it offers great impact protection (I once bounced on my back on a dock cause I bumped into it accidentally while riding and I wasnt even sore)
