alright well its winter and all the stores are having their closeout sells on bindings so i'm trying to upgrade for next season. Question i have is what is better: wrap style or lace? Anyone one know of some inexpensive but good bindings?

hey dude, i just like the simple bindings the best. but either will be fine. check out liquid forces new line, pretty sick.

i put a season on my LF Ultras. take a bit to break in but I love them now. i agree with jared: my friends have had temets, highbacks, parks. 2 of them still ride highbacks while the rest have gone back to a wrapped style. complicated lacing systems usually dont work. and I still have my ultras.

I have been riding Zeus' since last year and CWB's Vibe before that. I've never had an issue with their lace systems. The Zeus' are awesome! This years are a little different than last years, I almost prefer last years footbed. I think a simple lace system is functional & prefer the ease of entry/exit so I don't tweak my messed up ankle. Good luck, have fun.

I prefer lace up bindings. They are easier than wraps to get in and out of. I suggest looking in to O'brien Systems or Ions. They are great.
