Looking for stubby fins (IS Sweet Spot Pro)

Yo shredders.

I'm thinking we need to add two STUBBY or BURP fins to our Sweet Spot Pro. Looking for just a little more stick and grab for friends who are intermediate surfers.

Has anyone set up the SSP as a quad? Feedback puh-leeze!

I have been thinking about doing the same thing. I have started getting used to it with just the two stock fins, but I think I want to play around with other fins and more fins.

I have a ShredStixx Custom Pro, which is a longer board and quad-fin. It is locked and super fast! I like the SSP because it's loose, but I think it could be a good board for airs if we add a few stubby fins to quad it out ...

Dreamin' for next season!

try the NUBSTERS. i have a few of them and they work great for quads and thrusters. I have a 6 fin Idol Surfboard and its twinzer fins with the blue future fins and in the rear i have the nubsters. LOTS OF fun check it out.!!

I am running the 5 deg fins and the pranksters (from the fly boy) LOVE THEM!! the angled fins make a huge difference. I am going to go larger on the outers next season. Crew has same board with stock fins & it is a huge change in the board. extremely responsive.

I think we're about to see as much chatter about fins as we currently do about boards ...

this was a good clip - one that sums up where my old brain has been straying since the season ended: http://www.surfysurfy.net/2012/04/di...-nubsters.html

Can't wait to play around with more fin configs next season ...
