Im not sure, but ive heard that u can use a skimboard as a wakesurf board. Never seen it done though
well lets hope it works. just won an auction for a 51" Meyer skimboard. with a little luck it might come for the weekend
We tried a skimboard, but the one we had flexed a good bit and we were afraid that it would break.
Zap skimboards is the manufacturer of phase five wakesurf boards, if I am not mistaken. If you have a decent foam skimboard, it should work fine. Alliance did an article on it once....
one way to find out... try it out and report back!

Victoria Skimboards is a huge Skim Board Factory, as Well as Phase 5.
A skimmer is the only thing to ride for Wake Surfing. The ride and tricks are unlimmited.
Skim Boards rip as wake surfboards!
Don't let anyone tell you different.
That's why all the best riders are riding skim boards.
