For the last several years I have been emailing Boat Show officials in an attempt to get some watersports seminars. It has always fallen on deaf ears. After viewing the seminar list for this year here is an email I sent to them.

"Well, just looked at the Seminars for the 2010 Seattle Boat Show. Once again very disappointing.... Not a single seminar for the Boating public who engage in Watersports ie: Wakeboarding, Waterskiing, Wakesurfing, Jet Skiing. Many of the seminars listed on your website have a very limited audience.
Maybe you should look at the Minnesota or Nashville Boat shows for inspiration. I suspect your many Inboard Boat and similar like boat Vendors are also disappointed. Too bad, seminars are a great way to spur interest in buying boats and products. Not sure how many products your seminar called "Doggie on Deck" will sell.
Just my opinion"

Seminars are typically put on by vendors/sponsors, not the boat show officials themselves. It's the local vendors/shops/dealers that you should send your mail to.

I agree though; a doggie on deck seminar would not be as well attended as a watersports seminar.
