Sporster Setups?

What setups are people with sporster and similar boats running. I'm currently running eight hundred pounds in the back at like 50 feet at 19 mph.

What are you guys running on DD boats?

I used to ride a sportster often. We would run 800 or so in the back and the front as full as you could get it + wedge. You know you get it just right if the bow dips just a hair when you stop.

We don't have the wedge or open bow. Hahah! Trying to figure out how to get it up there. What lake you on?

Lead will be your friend. Bow weight will add the lip on the wake. I'm on the Tn river/Kentucky lake.

When i had mine i have 4 bags of cement under the back seat(sit bench on top of cement), 350 on each side of motor box, 350 in the bow....
1390 and 3 people int ehboat it was great. That boat was hell

3 500s all around the motor cover and a couple of people on the seat. I used to have a Malibu Skiier and a good buddy had the Sportster.

Alright. I've got two 440s and don't know when I can get more sacs, but thanks! We can't really do any lead cause it's my gmas boat. Learned back rolls behind it :p
