How much would you mark a boat down below the nadaguide price based on it being used in salt water?

It depends, does it have fresh water cooling? Also, what the engine looks like. We run in brackish water and our engine looks fairly new after 1000 hours. I have seen engines with 300 hours that look like crap that were used in salt.
