I recently restored a 1994 SkiCenturion Barefoot Warrior. One thing I'm not sure about is how loose or tight should the pylon be.We barefoot & Slalom behind this boat, when I say we I mean 3 guys weighing between 180lbs 210lbs.Should the pylon rattle?

Look underneath the floor where the pylon bolts into the hull. Make sure there's no cracking around the base. As long as that looks fine, you should be okay. I know people that don't even bolt their pylons into the brackets. (Really wierd to see someone just lift their pylon straight out of the floor. I'd never do it.) He's a 35off skier and hasn't ever had any problems. Anyway, all pylons flex so don't worry too much about it. Just make sure there's no cracking around the hull.

ps - if no one else responds try posting this on the boats and accessories board.
