Good motor, good boat. You can make the boat do just about whatever you need by re-proping. If it does not get out of the hole or give you the top speed that you want, give your local Tige dealer a call and they will be able to set you up with the prop you are looking for. <BR> <BR>Now BUY IT, and go SHRED your face off!!!!!!

Double check the year and length? I'm not sure they had a 24V til 04, 03 had a 23'. <BR> <BR>If it's an 04 24V, my gut says it will not have the 315 in it any way, so it could be an 03 23V.

It'll work, but it may be a bit of a dog. That's a big boat. For that motor to push it with a load of people or ballast you'll be turning a lot of RPM's at cruise. I guess it depends how much weight you run and how far you have to drive to your ride spots.

i would reprop. check with your local shops and see if they have any demo props. if they do get one that will help it get out of the hole better and go demo it. i've never been in a 24v with that motor. have been in them with the 340 and it did plent good with around 8 people in the boat. but were are only at 250 feet elevation.

Check the v-drive and see if it's blue. If so, it's got 1.5:1 gear reduction and will help out the 315HP.

Yes the 03 had the 315 hp. Yes it is a dog. If you get a guy that is over 250# it takes at least 20+ seconds to plane. I have a buddy that had one he loved the boat but that was his only complaint.
