Anybody know if it is stamped on the battery or a way to tell date the battery was manufactured?

at Costco at least, they have a sticker on them. Not permanent obviously, but helped me decide which batterys to pick. they had a batches that were 4 months apart.

engraved in the plastic top, its hard to see but its there.
